5 out of 5 starsSo unfortunately, the band didn’t work out for me but what I’m really rating here is the customer service, as they explicitly told me the truth and offered me a refund wo hesitation. I figured it was a long shot asking since there was a no returns policy but was delightfully surprised when they had some distribution issues and were happy to refund me. I will def be back to try one of their cute phone cases in the future. People like this are why I love shopping small businesses.

4 out of 5 starsCase is very nice as always! It's my second one I have purchased from the shop. However, the outer shell does not fit the tough case securely as if it is too small. Still stays on for the most part but does sometimes seem to want to slip off.

Considering it was shipped from the US to the UK, delivery time was brilliant. I love the design. it's so vibrant and really stands out. I highly recommend.

SHIPPING – When will my order ship?
Current estimated processing times can be found on each listing before purchase and are also shown at checkout. After your order is placed, you can view its estimated processing and delivery time frame any time at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Please note, while we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, our processing time cannot be sped up, as we use a printing partner.
If you have not received a shipping notification email, your order has not shipped yet.
Processing and delivery times cannot be guaranteed, particularly in the ever changing conditions of the current pandemic.
SHIPPING – Can I get it faster?
Most of our items are custom made to order just for you after purchase! The current estimated processing times can be found on each listing before purchase and are also shown at checkout. While we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, these processing times cannot be sped up.
Choosing Expedited Shipping in the USA will NOT speed up the processing time. It will however, shorten the time you order spends in transit with the USPS.
SHIPPING – I’m having tracking problems.
All USA orders, and most International orders, ship with tracking. Once items have been assigned a tracking number and handed off to the mail carrier, nothing on your order can be changed.
USPS tracking is currently having a lot of problems with missed scans, delayed packages, and incorrect tracking status updates. We are seeing lots of items with no updates, which suddenly appear across the country within a day of being delivered. Signing up for text/email alerts with USPS can sometimes help improve the updates.
Some postal centers seem more overwhelmed than others, and we are also seeing some shipments showing no movement for days at a time. Please take this into consideration when ordering for a deadline, such as a birthday or holiday.
SHIPPING – My package says it was delivered but I haven’t received it.
First, confirm the address that was submitted with your order. If that is correct, check around your property, talk to your neighbors and anyone who lives with you. Often times, packages are left in odd places such as a porch, apartment office, or with a neighbor.
The next step would be to contact the USPS with your tracking information and talk with your postal carrier.
If you have searched, and the post office cannot help locate your package, you will want to open an official case with the USPS or local police. They take mail theft very seriously, and will conduct an investigation.
A quick search, or visit to the local post office usually clears things up, but let us know what is happening so we can remake your order if necessary.
SHIPPING – Can I change my shipping address?
Maybe. Contact us as quickly as possible with the updated address, ideally within the first 3 hours after submitting your order.
PERSONALIZATION – Can I personalize a design in your shop?
Most of the time, yes. Because everything is made to order, many designs can have text added, or colors changed. Please send a message prior to ordering to ensure the design can be altered in the way you would like.
If you have a general idea for a design, send a message and we will see if we can create something especially for you!
PHONE CASES – How protective are your phone cases?
We have different types of cases that offer different levels of protection.
From least to most protection:
Snap – mainly decorative, the slimmest fit
Clear – slim fit, but with thicker TPU sides
Tough – two layers of material, one hard shell and a black TPU liner
Wallet – includes a clear snap case, covers the screen
Listings include both detailed descriptions and photos showing the features of each type of case. All cases meet or exceed MIL-STD-810G drop test standards. Please note that we offer no guarantees and damage can still happen with a case on, as it all depends on the angle of impact and type of surface it hits.
PHONE CASES – My order arrived damaged or was not what I ordered.
I apologize in advance, but this does occasionally happen! Orders are inspected before they are shipped, but can be damaged during transit with the shipping carrier. And sometimes, mix ups happen at my lab, and the incorrect item is sent out.
No worries! Orders that have arrived damaged in transit or not as ordered are eligible for replacement. Simply contact us with the issue, along with 2 photos showing the problem.

LIFETIME WARRANTY – What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?
We're incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty! If your product has or develops any manufacturing defect, please send a message letting us know, along with 2 photos showing the issue.
Replacements are for the exact same model and design only.
RETURNS – Do you accept returns?
Orders without personalization are eligible for return in new, unused condition.
All custom or personalized orders are NOT eligible for return or refund. Please make sure you have selected the correct device model. If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE making your purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping cost of $4 will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us for return instructions.
